An amazing opportunity for an experienced team administrator / PA to work for a well known brand within the FMCG industry, you will be supporting senior Managers and directors across 2 main business units , the role is going to be varied , interesting and fun as you will be involved in organising company events , team builds and supporting the business with projects and general administrative duties . We are looking for someone who has a can do and proactive approach who is happy to work in the office 3 days per week and who has worked in a cross functional position to offer support to the wider business.

We are looking for someone who is highly personable , friendly and is a real team player

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Efficient organizer, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Management of multiple calendars
  • Organizing travel, team meetings and large events
  • Process travel expenses
  • Prepare and edit presentations
  • Provide assistance with mailings, correspondence, enquiries and other tasks
  • Enjoys working in a team, providing support across the organization
  • Organized, with a well-establish process of planning and executing workload
  • Very comfortable with technology
  • Works well with all team members
  • Works well under pressure
