Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant - 12 month FTC

Main job functions.

To provide administrative support to the finance director

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer/allocate all emails that come into the accounts inbox
  • Production of all sales invoices
  • Responsible for processing payments of all purchase invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Upload overhead invoices to sage
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Client debt chasing
  • VAT and CIS knowledge

1. Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
  • Sage 50 experience - essential
  • NatWest Bankline experience - advantageous

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
